Bruce Martin

I have always had an interest in Architecture and Real Estate. Early on, I was inspired by Mike Brady of the Brady Bunch and Robert Kiyosaki author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I went on to receive my BS of Arch from the Illinois Institute of Technology and have read countless real estate books over the years.

As a homebuilder for over 25 years, I have built around 4000 homes, bought and sold around 250 homes as a Realtor, and bought or sold around 30 parcels of land for customers to build on or just sell the land. My desire to own a business, help people and be a real estate investor is a dream come true. Focusing on customer satisfaction was embedded in me during my homebuilding days and is still my primary passion. That’s me at a glance, thanks for reading and hopefully becoming a customer.

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in economics, my goal was to do something meaningful with my life. At a meetup, I connected with Bruce, who then took me under his wing and mentored me on all things real estate.
